Tip Repair Shop Shuttle Driver?

practise y'all tip the courtesy shuttle driver from the car dealership?

so i was talking to a friend that took her car in for service and she told me she tips the courtesy shuttle driver from the dealer

now that is something that has never occuried to me as something to do....

i figure they are usually paid employees of the dealership and dont rely on tips for income.

I tipped the Courtesy Hotel Van than goes around the expensive hotels, well not really expensive simply like Radisson and Hilton etc. I figure i'm getting a free ride to the airport and don't accept to pay for a cab, so i give the guy a few bucks.

Edit: plus he assistance me get my bags downwardly.

Tipping has gone to far. Just as impaired equally tipping the UPS/FedEx guy.
